Upside Down Cheesecake Shots

If you’re ever craving just a little something for dessert…this one takes the cup!

If you’re not a cheesecake lover, don’t worry, I have a variation, so hang with me!

This makes for a statement because it’s so pretty, but is also so simple and easy to put together…making it a total crowd pleaser.

For this recipe you’ll need:

1 8oz package of cream cheese

1/4 cup powdered sugar

A dash of vanilla

3-4 graham crackers (crushed up)

10-12 chopped strawberries

1-2 cups of blueberries

The quantity of fruit you’ll need for this recipe truly just depends on the size of shot glasses you’re using…so feel free to adjust!

Directions:

For the cheesecake topping, mix the first 3 ingredients together in a bowl until well combined. You can use a handheld mixer for best results.

Using 12 shot glasses or appetizer cups

Layer a few strawberries at the bottom

Add on the blue berries

Next using an icing bag, pipe the cheesecake filling on the top of the shot glasses. If you do not have an icing bag, you can drop a spoonful of the filling on top of your layers as well.

Garnish with the graham cracker crumbs and it’s ready to serve!!!

Enjoy ❤️🤍💙

Variation: if you don’t like cheese, swap it for some whipped cream…it’s still delicious!
