The Perfect Birthday Theme for our Little Star.
How in the world has it been a year that my Little Man was born? We started out with 2 babies not walking and now we have a crawler and a runner! What an amazing year it has been watching my Little Prince grow and of course...watching Little Princess be his "Little Mama"
First things first, Birthday Pictures!!! We learned during our Fall Photoshoot that babies, let alone 2, WILL do their own thing and that Mommy's Pinterest Board should be chucked out the window. So, we did a DIY photoshoot in the comfort of our home!
The White Board we've had from previous photo shoots. They're easy to find at Home Depot. The Paper Fans were $5.99 at Michael's, the ONE was $4.99 at Party City and the Balloons were $.97 at my Local Walmart.
We got a ton of great shots, all in the comfort of our home. And more importantly there wasn't a rush for time...
Next Stop...The BackDrop! ( The party was 4 days later)
Since, we had the party at home, I had a pretty good idea of what I can and can't do.
My Sunroom comes in handy for any party, because it is the Focal Point of my home, therefore it becomes an easy Focal Location for our parties. I used my existing curtains for that "sheer-dreamy" effect!
And of course, all the little details of the Dessert Table...
Sandy from CakesbySandyB made my Pinterest Board come to life. If you guys live in the Southlands area, you don't wanna miss her treats. They look great and taste even better.
