Other than her cute little face eating cake, my favorite memory of Jordyn’s first birthday was the Backyard BBQ we had for her.
Summer time entertaining is my favorite, because my kitchen always stays clean and all the fun is outdoors.
Jordyn’s birthday BBQ was what my summertime food dreams are made of.
Growing up in the Middle East, I always enjoyed the fusion of flavor between Indian and Arabic food and our menu included just that!
So, in frame today…
Seekh Kababs
Chicken Tikka Boti
Beef/Lamb Tikka Boti
Chicken Kabab
Grilled Chicken Cafreal
but more importantly…
My Nijoy’s famous Tandoori Chicken
Served alongside homemade hummus, Mint chutney, and Pita Bread!
