Just like it sounds, all seasoned up, made on a skillet!
I made this on a whim. It was my husbands birthday and he asked for a steak dinner, which was all fine and dandy, until it rained all day, hailed at dinner time and then Poured some
More.
So here we go!
What you'll need:
1 sliced red onion
4 sliced sweet peppers
1 spray of avacado oil
4 8oz pieces of marbled steak (Ribeye is my fav)
Marinate each piece with (for 20 minutes)
4 splashes of Worchestire sauce
1/4 tsp Kosher Salt on
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp crushed pepper
1 dash of soya sauce
Method:
Heat up large skillet on high and spray about 1/4 cup of avacado oil
Once it's HOT add your steak to the pan
Turn the heat down to medium and let it cook for about 3 -5 minutes (depending on how you like your steak cooked)
Flip each steak
Let it cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes
At minute 3 top the steaks with the raw onion and sweet peppers
Flip the steaks one last time and let them cook for about a minute on each side!
You skillet steak is ready!
You can serve this along with some mashed potatoes or asparagus.
We saved our extra and had it with some eggs in the morning! It Made a great steak and eggs
