Hot and Sweet Peach Salsa

It’s that time of the year…when there’s just an overflow of Peaches everywhere you go.

Every August, We would look forward to a big basket of peaches that a very dear family friend would bring us from Palisade, Colorado. They are ginormous, juicy, and delicious.

Today, I am going to share with you my Hot and Sweet Peach Salsa recipe. My husband LOVES the sweet with a little kick…I usually make a big bowl and set it out on the counter for him to enjoy during the day.

This recipe is serves 4, or if you’re like my husband…it’ll just serve him!

He WILL NOT share.

Heres what you’ll need:

I chopped up more of the ingredients after I snapped a picture

2 Peaches

2 Roma Tomatoes

1 small red onion

2 thai chillies (adjust To desired heat level)

1/2 cup Chopped Cilantro

1/2 tsp of Sea Salt

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp ground cumin

1 large lemon

Method:

Its as easy as CHOP, MIX and Serve

Now IF…and only IF you can keep yourself from chip and dippin’ ….

I obviously cannot…

Let the Salsa sit in the fridge for about an hour so the other flavors combine with the lime. It gives the salsa the right “tang”

Serve it with some tortilla chips as a dip

or as a relish on your favorite tacos

I hope you enjoy this recipe. Leave a comment below and tell me all about it.

Happy Taco Tuesday!

Xoxo
